All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty, skincare, fragrance, or hair care products once purchased.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us at lareinenoireflawless25@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items All beauty and personal care products are final sale for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
